Roger Springs is a private, gated lake community located in West Tennessee just 60 miles east of the City of Memphis. There are two main areas of this subdivision, the lake side residences and a campground area. The community of Roger Springs is always kept very well-maintained because the property, all the roads, the water system and the recreational facilities are privately owned.

The Lake. Roger Springs has a beautiful year-round 56 acre lake. The lake is stocked with bass, catfish, break and some grass carp for fishermen to enjoy. The lake has a fishing pier and a boat dock. There is also a designated swimming area that is accessible to all property owners. If you prefer to swim in a pool rather in the lake, Roger Springs has a large figure-eight style pool with a slide. The pool is seasonal; opened each summer. According to the Roger Springs website, “Recent tests performed by the State of Tennessee Wildlife and Fisheries have indicated that the lake is healthy and can support good fish stock”. Aside from the lake, there are many other amenities that property owners can enjoy such as the community pool, club house, and campground, just to name a few.

Wildlife. Residents can enjoy the endless viewing of the beautiful wildlife that Roger Springs has to offer. On a daily basis you can spot a deer coming to the lake for a drink. You can also see others such as rabbits, possums, Canadian geese, mallards, squirrels, armadillos and more.

Convenience. The town of Middleton is about 3 miles away which provides all the basic necessities for a property owner. There are shopping centers, gas stations, banks, and several restaurants. Superstores, such as Wal-Mart are located in Bolivar, TN which is just a short drive away.

Clubhouse. For special events, the community has its own 3,000 sq ft club house equipped with a nice dance floor, large fire place, appropriate furniture and electronic sound system equipment. There is also a kitchen, bathrooms, and showers.

Roger Springs has very minimal restrictions. Owning a property here will allow you to build any type of house you desire that is a minimum of 1000 sq ft. The yearly maintenance fees are low and are used for water, use of recreational facilities such as the clubhouse, and maintenance of all community-owned facilities.
